Just bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid form Jack Taylor's Toyota. It has been a great experience and i highly recommend anyone look for a new or use car go there. I was in and out pretty quickly witch is a huge plus. My Sales person Henok Belay was great and very helpful with all the questions.Like i said before i would highly highly recommend Jack Taylor's Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new car.

The used car sales manager Rocky Sulayman was rude and said you can’t afford new car so don’t be picky. Kind of insulting. How does he know why I’m choosing that car over the new one!!!

Toyota: I recently purchased a vehicle at Jack Taylor’s Alexandria Toyota. The sales experience was going smoothly, initially. We negotiated what we felt was a fair purchase with a few cosmetic repairs to the vehicle. A promise to make these things right closed the deal. After two seemingly pointless trips to the dealership (with a screaming baby) to remedy the repairs, the experience was going downhill quickly with broken promises, dishonesty, lack of communication. Finally, the repairs were not completed to satisfaction. I left feeling defeated and as though I had been duped. Later that day I received an automated email asking me to rate my experience with the service department. I called the number and things started looking up. I reached Laura Smith, who listened to my concerns, apologized for the experience that I had, and asked for an opportunity to make things right. I am SO happy that I made that phone call. Laura went over the vehicle with myself and a gentleman from the service dept who would be completing the repairs. I was given a comparable loaner vehicle, and went on my way. I received updates along the way, and two days later my vehicle was ready. I am thrilled with the outcome of my repairs, and feel that I left with the vehicle that I paid for! Thank you, Laura, for seeing our repairs were completed to our expectations, and preserving my relationship with your dealership and service center. You took my experience from a 0 to a 10. If you find yourself less than satisfied, don’t settle. Escalate the problem and you’ll find someone who cares about your experience and values your business.
