The technicians are knowledgeable and clear communicators. As a woman, I never feel taken advantage of. The waiting areas are clean and well-appointed with wifi, tv, free coffee, vending machines, comfortable furniture, lots of plugs, charging stations, etc. I am able to get lots of work done while I wait. I highly recommend this business.

Just bought a brand-new Toyota here with the help of Eric W. (sales consultant), Josue M. (finance manager), and Matthew (sales manager). I had a great experience here!! I was interested in the dealership because it's close to my work and home, so I visited in-person on a whim and was greeted by Eric. I did a test-drive, and I liked the car but it didn't have all of the features I wanted. I came back a second time and test-drove a different car with Arthur, who was also great... however, that car also didn't have everything I wanted. I shopped around at a few other dealerships and eventually settled on a car and trim, but wanted to come back here to make the purchase. I am a female and this was my first new-car buying experience and I was by myself, so I was a little apprehensive about the process and all of the horror stories you hear about car salesmen. The entire team was super professional and never made me feel ANY pressure to buy a car. Other dealerships I visited laid heavy pressure on me to make a down payment, issue a check, finance through them, THAT DAY, etc. Jack Taylor's was totally fine with the fact that I was financing the vehicle independently and not interested in any of the extended warranties. Josue was super organized and patient with me during the paperwork process and I felt like he was totally transparent and open. Also, I accessed their online inventory through the USAA auto-buying program several times and NOT ONCE was I harassed with emails, missed calls and voicemails.........unlike other dealerships that called me daily!!!
