I have been going to this dealership since 2002 and the service has been the same. Although, the service I had decided to leave and this was the first year going without him there. I miss him but everyone is still pleasant, courteous and very helpful. I will continue to go because I like there service.

Know what you need when you go in. Its best to run your eyes over your vehicle, and check all of your lights. It seems silly, but trust me, they'll try to replace things that you don't need. On one visit the woman tried to convince me to drop $400 for work on some rust under my car. A second opinion showed there was nothing wrong and the amount of rust she claimed was there was non-existent. If they tell you something is wrong, like a large amount of rust or a hole in something, ask to see it yourself. If they don't allow you in back, go somewhere else. I've always been allowed to see what they see. It's a red flag if they don't.
