Great experience working with Marc Ehrgott when a 2015 Toyota Corolla was purchased in November, 2014. No sales pressure and great service delivered (pre sale, during sale, and post sale). Bernardi Toyota honored an Edmunds.com sales price which was very aggressive pricing which probably yielded little to no margin for the dealer.
Overall, a very good experience. Bernardi Toyota is a recommended dealership in the MetroWest Boston area for service, sales, and price.
I went to Bernardi Toyota without many expectations since this is my first time purchasing a new vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and patience of the salesperson I worked with, Artie Johnson. Artie made the entire car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. He consistently followed-up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to help me with any questions I might have. Every person at the dealership seems to have an immense knowledge and passion for the vehicles on the lot, and they are very willing to assist the customer for any of their needs. I will not hesitate to recommend Bernardi Toyota and Artie Johnson for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
No one ever likes having to buy a car, but James made it a rather enjoyable experience. We were in and out relatively quickly. He helped work with us so that my husband and I got what we wanted and felt comfortable. He answered all questions and was very helpful. James was also very honest which is most appreciated. For several weeks I have been looking for an Avalon Hybrid. On the internet I found several in the color and trim that I wanted. I reached out to many dealers. Even though, Brock quickly called me and was pleasant I decided to go to a dealer that was closer to my home. Sadly, I had a terrible experience from the minute I walked through their door. I left, as I could not do business with a dealer that treated me with disrespect.
Fortunately, there were other similar cars available. But, now it wasn't about the color and trim of the car I wanted, but more about the sales person and dealership. I drove home and checked my emails from the other dealers. Bernardi's emails were informative, professional and also personable. I was in touch with Brandon and Brock. They couldn't have been nicer! They were always pleasant and never pushy. A nice big plus was the reasonable price :)
My husband and I decided to purchase our car from Bernardi even though its almost a 3 hour drive from our home. We actually got stuck in terrible traffic which made us an hour late for our appointment and past closing time for the dealership. We were met by Dell and also Brandon with smiles and handshakes. We were not rushed during our test drive or the paper work. Vinnie stayed and carefully explained all we needed to know about our new Toyota and about purchasing a car out of state. He even recommended a nice resteraunt for dinner. To find a dealership that works together as a team is unique and what makes this dealership Shine! I started this process contacting Brock on line. He answered every question and sent me all the information that I requested. When I arrived at the dealership he handed me over to Artie who let me test drive the 4Runner that I was interested in. There was no pressure and I was sold. This is the best of my many car buying experiences and it won't be my last with Bernardi.
