The test drive confirmed what we wanted, and Artie and the dealership made it easy to get the car we wanted for the price we wanted. No pressure, and Artie was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. Bernardi Toyota: I just wanted to let you know that my service rep. yesterday, Manny, was excellent. When he first came outside, I could just tell that he "knew" my 2006 Highlander. I was very pleased with the service I received just several days ago at Bernardi Toyota. First, I was concerned that the thin, dark sponge strip hanging under the car in the front was a frayed belt issue. Service representative Manny assured me that it was not, and told me what it actually was. He then "measured" the exterior of my tires, and talked to me about having almost bald tires. He was very cognizant of my vehicle, and was able to present me with the various options I had, including, most importantly, the "4 for the price of 3" tire deal, and realignment. We even talked about our kids. He was, bottom line, polite, professional, knew what he was talking about, he listened well, he was very even-keeled, and if I had to say one last thing, it is that he deserves a raise. Your service employees are professional treated me with respect . Scott was very nice and the Service Director John said good morning to me and offered me a cup of coffee. I can see the Dealership is under construction very disruptive to the way most would do business. I just moved here from Seattle and have found a home for my Toyota . A great place to service your Toyota , The shuttle service was great drivers name was Gary and I understand they have four shuttles running daily .I checked pricing before the appointment day and found the pricing within reason .
