We recently had a very bad service experience with another Toyota dealership. After speaking with Toyota headquarters, they agreed to have different dealership fix the problem. We had no prior experience with Bernardi Toyota. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and care we received at Bernardi. John Dowden, the Service Manager, personally handled the issues, kept us informed of what was happening and what they found. Our experience was everything you would like to get from a dealership when you bring a car in for service. Communication was excellent, but most of all, we appreciated the honesty about the situation. We will drive the few extra miles to come here.
My credit is horrible. Had a recent repossession but Jason and Sam were able to get me into a decent used car with manageable payments. Probably the most painless car buying experience ever. And when you have credit like mine buying a car is nerve-wracking. Jason and the folks at Bernardi some good people.
From the first phone conversation I had with their internet team and the continued follow up answering my emails with the concerns I had I knew I had to visit Bernardi Toyota. When I arrived the car we had been discussing was pulled up everything we worked out was honored, I cant stress enough how painless this dealership made for me, Brandon and Aydin were both knowledgeable and polite. Great experience working with Marc Ehrgott when a 2015 Toyota Corolla was purchased in November, 2014. No sales pressure and great service delivered (pre sale, during sale, and post sale). Bernardi Toyota honored an Edmunds.com sales price which was very aggressive pricing which probably yielded little to no margin for the dealer.
Overall, a very good experience. Bernardi Toyota is a recommended dealership in the MetroWest Boston area for service, sales, and price.

I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and patience of the salesperson I worked with, Artie Johnson. Artie made the entire car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. He consistently followed-up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to help me with any questions I might have. Every person at the dealership seems to have an immense knowledge and passion for the vehicles on the lot, and they are very willing to assist the customer for any of their needs. I will not hesitate to recommend Bernardi Toyota and Artie Johnson for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
No one ever likes having to buy a car, but James made it a rather enjoyable experience. We were in and out relatively quickly. He helped work with us so that my husband and I got what we wanted and felt comfortable. He answered all questions and was very helpful. James was also very honest which is most appreciated.
